A seasoned corporate training professional, brings with her varied experience of theory & practice embedded with passion for training.Our experiential learning solutions bring innovative & differentiated approach to training. BootCamp Learning has a strong base of 150+ experienced trainers with varied domain expertise.Team BootCamp Learning has delivered challenging training assignments in the Retail division formats, conducting modules from Behavioral training, Retail Knowledge, Product Knowledge, SOP, Fashion, Process Knowledge to System training.We have trained a plethora of Industries; ranging from the IT industry and having moved on to Non-IT industry for companies like Future Group, Asian Paints Ltd and Star India.Being outdoor and travel enthusiasts, we love to keep a bit of nature based adventure in our training programs which can be as real and fun as possible thus achieving the balance of Fun Learning!

She focuses on Gen-Next level of training, formulated to bridge the grey areas of the training reality; into a quantifiable methodology to resolve real time issues facing the corporate world. BootCamp is prepared to deal with the complexities arisen by Covid-19, thereby a time to embrace newer solutions towards a better working world.

Ulhas Karkhanis, a dynamic leader with around 40 years of experience with companies like Ranbaxy, Sun Pharma and Alkem Laboratories. He is currently the dean of IES Management College & Research Centre. A great orator and visionary, Mr.Karkhanis has led sales and marketing teams of various top Pharmaceutical companies. Apart from executing some of the key training projects, Ulhas is helping on the business strategy for BootCamp Learning.
